This was my outfit I wore for my birthday dinner at Picco! It is one of my favorite restaurants in Larkspur, CA. Their Tuna Tartar is the best thing in the entire world. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT. I could go on for days talking about the food...but I am going to refrain. The drinks are amazing too...I love the jalepeno margarita! Has the perfect hint of spicyness!
